January 2018: We have reached the mastering stage! Lookslike we will be putting out a trio: original, slow swing and med swing... ALL of our favorites tunes.

June 2017--- WOW WOW WOW. Ellie was awarded an Alexa Rose Grant and will be recording a cd in LA with Bruce Forman. We will keep you posted on this project. Very excited! Thank you Alexa Rose Foundation.
February 2016-- Once again, our Sapphire Room Show with the Ellie Shaw quartet was a sell-out. Wonderful event!

June 2015, Congratulations are in order as Ellie is selected to be a Board Member for the Idaho Singer Songwriter Association. Kiley writes lyrics while Ellie writes the melodies-- great tunes in the tradition of the American Songbook.
February 2015, SELLOUT for "Love in the Afternoon" Amazing reception for Ellie's show. Love was in the air as Ellie and her trio swung the love songs from the Golden Age of Song. Standing Ovation and a wonderful 90 minutes of music.

July 2014, Thanks to the Great Basin Jazz Camp who invited Ellie to perform with the faculty for a special concert. Enjoyed jamming with John Clayton on bass and Bruce Forman on guitar along with all the other outstanding instructors.
December 27th, 2013--- Just completed our first recording session, laying down the tracks for 4 songs. Thanks to Camden Hughes and Troy Ferguson for piano and bass. Fantastic setup at AudioLab Studios! More sessions scheduled, along with mastering.... release date Summer of 2014. Stay posted.

April 15, 2013--- Thanks to BSU and Boise Jazz Society for bringing the Loston Harris Trio to Boise. Ellie was able to sing and play with these New York jazz greats. AWESOME experience! Long live the American Songbook!!!

February 25, 2013--- Ellie had a fantastic experience at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. She was recognized in the vocal division for her outstanding commitment to preserving vintage jazz as well as being awarded an Outstanding Soloist award for her jazz violin performance.
